“PRIVACY PLUS” OCEANFRONT PARCEL
If one were to set out to design the perfect oceanfront parcel it would most likely feature the minimum amount of highway access, fanning out to maximize the amount of shorefront, with a goodly amount of privacy screening in between, in the form of a dense thicket of evergreens. It would  culminate in a seaside clearing and walk-out beach whose character is everchanging -- sometimes sand, sometimes rocks and cobbles, known as “shingle”. The views would contain a smattering of islands and reefs, and stretches of open water out to a horizon line with the occassional oceangoing vessel visible thru one’s telescope. With approx. 500 feet of shorefront, located midway down the eastern shore of Grand Manan Island, conveniently situated at the mouth of the Bay of Fundy, and served by year-round ferry service, making multiple daily runs, it truly would be hard to imagine what more one could wish for.
